I have reviewed the response made...

by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  The business has offered to replace the defective item with another of comparable price.  I am responding to that offer today.  As long as the replacement arrives without defect I will be satisfied.Thank you for your assistance.

This is in response to the complaint from [redacted] Complaint #: [redacted]. Our we-site does exist. The bad storms & tornados we had Sat. night in the Dallas area affected our computers & our web-site. Our web-site is still down but it does exist. She should be able to see it but not...

able to order from it.  I have emailed [redacted] & called the phone number left on this complaint today, Dec.30,2015 but have not heard back from her yet. If she will call or email us with the item she would like to order, we will be more than glad to process her order & mail it to her. She was shown a "Fundraiser Catalog" with merchandise to pick from when she purchased her voucher card. She needs to let us know what she wants & we will get it processed.  Thanks, [redacted]

These voucher cards were sold from a Fundraiser that schools were doing from Aug. 1, 2014 to Dec. 31, 2014. This is the only time these were sold. The expiration date on all cards sold during this time was Dec. 31, 2015. The customers had 1 year to 1 year & 4 months to purchase items with...

these voucher cards from the jewelry & scarf items on our web-site listed on the voucher card.  We sold these cards to the "Fundraising Company" that produced the brochures & the cards were displayed with jewelry & scarf items in their catalogs from the "Fundraising Companies".  Then the "Fundraising Companies" sold the voucher cards to the schools & the children attending these schools sold the jewelry & scarves & voucher cards to their friends & family. They could pick from the  jewelry or scarves,  pictured in the catalog or they could pick other items on our web-site & if it was more money they could pay the difference over the  $20.00 voucher card. Anytime someone came to our web-site & even tried to register in, it would show up on our end with their name & email address, even if they did not place their order at that time. We can see on our web-site that no one with the name of [redacted] was listed in our system at all during 2014 or 2015. We do show in our system that she registered in on 1/8/16 under the name of [redacted] with email of [redacted]. Then she registered again on 1/8/16 (Same Day) with [redacted] but under a different email address of [redacted]. Neither time she registered, did she enter the item or items she would like to order with her voucher card. Any one that called us even on the 30th or 31st of Dec. & said they were have trouble placing an order, we took their order over the phone. Also any one that was on our recorder after 6:00 PM on those days we called them back & took their order or if they did not answer we left a detailed message for them to call us back with their order. We kept a list of those people's name & when they called back in from Jan 4 to Jan 11 we still took their order because they had called us before Dec. 31, 2015. You can Google us "Sophisticated Style" & it will pull up our name & phone #. [redacted] did not try to use this voucher card until Jan. 8, 2016.  Cancel dates for all voucher cards was Dec. 31, 2015 12:00 midnight.[redacted]

I just sent you about 5 min ago the email that we had sent to this customer [redacted] regarding this complaint. Please read the email we sent & we are waiting for her response. Thanks, [redacted]
