This site is a SCAM. All the nice products it shows are just a SCAM to get you to buy, but they will NEVER ship to you or answer your calls.
Firstly, when I purchased something from their website I used paypal because it's good for purchase safety. However, when I got a paypal receipt the person who's name on the receipt was *** That was immediately suspicious and I reached out the company.
The phone number for Sopinz.com is for a completely different business, not Sopinz.com - this was a huge red flag and I got worried and used the contact form on their website.
The person who responded to my contact did so from a personal gmail- that was super weird and I've never had any reputable company do that.
The person who reached out to me asked me to have sympathy for them and confirmed that my paypal receipt should have Le Hoang Yen. After a couple of days I received an email saying that my item was preparing for shipment and awaiting fulfillment. However, it never did. That same day I received a reimbursement from Le Hoang Yen and no explanation or information as to why this happened.
Sopinz.com is not reputable or trustworthy, buy directly from the manufacturer or other reputable third party retailers.

I ordered a trash can from sopinz. And a week or so later I received a Facebook message from a stranger saying that they received an email with my name and address for a trash can I ordered. I was very skeptical of the Facebook message, but after looking into it the person sent me the email she got from bed bath and beyond with my shipping address and my name. It was so weird. The credit card listed on the email that the stranger forwarded me was not my card number, I used PayPal to pay. Currently my trash can is supposed to be delivered Monday, so we will see if that's what shows up. I have contacted the company and have not received any response.

I placed an order July 10th. It is now July 24th, my product not shipped and the company will not respond to my communications.
On July 10th, I ordered a very specific toothbrush. The company's website guarantees shipping within 4 business days. I have made 3 attempts to contact them and been ignored on all 3 attempts. They kept my money but have failed to send the product.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered two items from this company. First of all, they offer two phone numbers on their website. One was disconnected, and the other is for a completely different business that did not know Sopinz. Secondly, the form used to contact them through their site is never answered, nor are e-mails sent directly to their e-mail address (also on the website) from a personal e-mail account. I came to find all of this out after about seven days went by, and my order still stated, "waiting for fulfillment" on their website. I NEVER received correspondence from Sopinz regarding my order status, shipping tracking number, or other concerns I contacted them about regarding my order. I used PayPal to pay for my two items and finally filed a dispute with them. That same day a mysterious package arrived from Bed Bath and Beyond (Revdex.com) with two strange names (but my address) on the box and a completely unrelated item inside. Then several days later, another mysterious Revdex.com package arrived with again an unrelated item inside. The names used on the two invoices were Dan B (shipping name), Jo K (order name), and Dallas O (2nd package ship and order name). After speaking with Revdex.com, they stated this was a third party order, and said party used their own form of payment, so returning the items will only give them credit. My only recourse at this point is to contact PayPal and hope they will work with me to refund me my money. After receiving the second package from Revdex.com, I FINALLY received communication from Sopinz via e-mail, letting me know my packages were delivered and providing a FedEx tracking number. When I clicked on the tracking numbers, they show the same delivery dates as these packages were delivered; however, the items I ordered were not inside and, worst of all, cost much less than the money Sopinz took from me. Anyway, moral of this story is DO NOT buy anything from this company. I cannot even send my items back to Sopinz as all of the contact information provided on their site is bogus, and most likely, they will claim they never received it. I sent them a message asking for my money back. If they do refund me the money, I will update this review with the details on that.
