SoPro Construction and Landscape

Review: My home was fully landscaped 12/13 by SoPro Landscaping. This spring I noted that several plants and a tree had died. This included a dogwood tree and now 3 additional bushes. I originally contacted Brandon S[redacted] of SoPro in May 2014 and sent a photo of the dead dogwood and told him of the other dead bushes as each was dying or died. After 2 1/2 months of emails and phone calls he came to my home 7/15/14. He removed one dead bush but did not replace the dogwood at that time. Said he would return the following week to replace the plantings. I have never heard from him again. Numerous emails were ignored. All of these plantings are well within the 1 year guarantee which his company has failed to honor.Desired Settlement: SoPro should honor their warranty by replacing the dead plantings or compensation for the cost of replacement plantings by another landscaper.
