I moved out of my apartment at Sorelle on May 9, I'd paid the full months rent for May due to the fact that the online system could not prorate rentI turned in my keys at the leasing office and I put down a forwarding address to send my refund check & my security deposit, I was told the check would be sent within the week, it wasn't The Assistant Manager, *** *** called me days after I had moved out (May 16th) to ask if I needed more time to move out, to which I told her I had already left and had given my forwarding address, she asked me to resend, which I did that dayShe then sent me another email on May 21st with my final account statement, which stated "please keep in mind it can take approximately days from when we receive your forwarding address for you to receive your refund"So, I sent in my forwarding address again and asked for a confirmation of receipt, no reply I emailed the office and Thai times over weeks and called and left voicemails to w
