Review: I received the Princeton 4 drawer dresser with two drawers being broken. My husband submitted an email and called the company at the end of March. In April 2nd he received an email sphere it stated that we would receive the parts in two weeks. As of today, May 4th the parts have not been received. After calling several times we have been told that we have to just wait and that we are one of 45 other people waiting for these parts. At this point my daughter could arrive at any time and we have no where to put her clothes. Informed the company and was told to just wait.Desired Settlement: I would either like the necessary parts or a refund so I can buy a dresser that is not defective.

Review: I recently ordered the Sorelle [redacted]. This set was supposed to include: crib, changing table, 4 drawer dresser, toddler rail and clothes hamper. After receiving and assembling all pieces but one, I realized the dresser is missing. In its place is what the instructions call a “clothes organizer” cabinet. One of the main reasons for me buying this set is because I needed a dresser. Imagine my dismay when I realized I have no dresser! So, I had my husband to call the customer service line. He was told that the dresser has been discontinued. When he asked what we were going to do in regards to getting a dresser, he was told to contact customer service through email. I do not wish for a full refund as we have already assembled most of the set, but I would like what I paid for or at least what I expected. So my question is what can Sorelle do in regards to making this error right? Might I also note this is the third time I have tried to reach out to this company for this matter: once by phone and now twice by email (I have allowed the allotted 24 hour response time both times).Desired Settlement: I have no desire for a refund or exchange, as I have already assembled this crib set and have it ready to use. I believe it fair for the company to make their error right by way of either store credit or sending me a dresser.

Customer stated that her nursery set was missing a dresser. She purchased it at walmart.com but the set had been changed to include a clothes organizer instead of the dresser, which she did receive. Walmart had not updated their website to show the new product despite having purchased the new version from us. Customer was shipped a free dresser from Sorelle and said she was cancelling her complaint.

Review: This crib was ordered brand new through a catalog at [redacted], in Orland Hills, Il. in October of 2013.

My nine month old son has been found with paint chips in his mouth from putting his mouth on the rails. Also, this crib was shipped from the direct Sorelle manufacturer already damaged with paint missing. This model, [redacted] was intended to last us for our son's childhood, and now we do not have safety for our child. Absolutely unacceptable. We had to undergo a lead and anemia test for our baby.Desired Settlement: At the least, we would like a full refund for this entire [redacted] and changer, model[redacted]. This will be in addition to our doctor visit and lab tests for lead poisoning of $100.

Review: I have contacted this company via email 3 times in the last 4 months because I am needing replacement screws for my sons crib. Their website states to allow up to 10 business days before receiving a reply. It has been 4 months since the initial email was sent to them, and I have yet to receive a reply regarding my issue. They are the only place that has (or should have) the screws that I need in order to set up my sons crib.Desired Settlement: I would like some sort of communication from the company on whether or not they have the screws that I need, and how I need to go about ordering them from either them, or a partner company so my son can sleep in his own bed, and I do not have to purchase a new crib.

We spoke to the consumer - apparently her request were never received as she had not gotten any confirmation that her form was submitted. If it had been submitted successfully, she would have gotten an automated response, which she did not. We are not sure if it is a glitch in the system or if it was user error. In any case the consumer has been given the information she needs to get the replacement parts. This matter is settled.

Review: I purchased a crib with attached changing table and also the matching 4 drawer dresser. Both have serious manufacturer defects that were obviously noticed prior to boxing and shipping as other brackets and pieces were attached to the damaged components after they had been cracked completely. On the crib, the center piece which is an interior end rail was cracked due to a miss cut in the craftsmanship. On the dresser, one drawer was not able to be assembled as it has a crack the length of the drawer. The craftmanship quality is extremely poor and the purchase cost was over $700. The furnitureflaws are significant and must have been noticed as other components were attached after these cracks were made. They should not have been sent to me in this manner. My baby will be here within the next two weeks and now I will wait approximately 10 days for the new pieces to be sent. I cannot even begin the assembly of my crib as it is a major support piece.Desired Settlement: I feel that an adjustment to the cost that I paid to purchase this furniture would be appropriate as I might not have the corrected pieces of furniture in time for my baby. Also, given the fact that this was in obvious error in manufacturing of poor craftmanship and could have been resolved by not shipping customers broken pieces.

Review: I purchased a crib of yours from buy buy baby back in March. My daughter is now 6 months old and today got her leg stuck in the side of your crib and now has a leg bruised and potentially injured. I will be taking her to a doctor for a formal evaluation but a crib that is meant for babies and infants should not have a possibility of getting limbs stuck without possible removal. My daughters leg was stuck until I used butter and olive oil to remove her leg, and know there are marks and she is having problems bending her leg. I don't want any other parents to have to go through this and the outcome potentially be worse. I have pictures and proof of the instance. If I was unable to remove her leg I would have called the police and or broken the crib. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and a possible refund. I am not sure I want this product anymore at this point.
