In response to your complaint, The part that we shipped you is a used serviceable partWe sold you the front axle assembly and the hubs, we do not sell u joints, even if we did the part would still be a serviceable partThe u joints would have been removed upon dismantle and after
speaking with you, it was agreed to ship the part as a whole piece for shipping purposesYou also used the one part that you had initially called for and now you are wanting a refund on the parts that you didn't needThese parts are listed separately in our system excluding axle being sold as a unit, due to the age of the vehicle, also you and I had discussed that the u joint may not be good I have enclosed a written statement from my mechanic stating that this part is a serviceable part!! Also, do to the age of the vehicle it is inevitable for there to be rust. You have stated in your complaint that you was overcharged on your shippingI spoke with your wife Lisa about the shipping charges, shipping with out insurance was $and $with insurance, your wife wanted to ship the part with insuranceAfter the measurements and weight of the parts being shipped I was able to ship the part for $ The first quote I gave you was for the axle only, and when you asked for the hubs I told you that it would probably an extra $Also, you need to remember that the shipping address changed as well per the first price quote.Purchase date on 4/30/15Card Ran for purchase was on 05/06/- due to the fact that their card would not runActual Purchase dateCustomer would call back when they was ready to pay for shipping 05/14/2014Shipping was set up on the 21st and left our facility on 5/28/which was the soonest our shippers could get it out.If you need any additional invoices - dates proof of charges please contact us

I am rejecting this response because: When I contacted your company for the "Whole Serviceable Front End", I stated I needed the whole front end (HUB TO HUB), and that I wanted to be able to drop this one out, and slap the other one in Which is in ALL the emails back and fourth, from me to you, and from you to me STATES I don't care if the u-joints weren't good, but I should have been able to get them out, to put new ones in! That is what a serviceable part is!!! I had bought new u-joints knowing that I wanted to replace them I did not buy this unit as multiple parts, because I needed a WHOLE UNIT! If I had wanted pieces, I could have got them right here in Oregon! The warranty states all parts, unless exempt, which should have been put on the invoice the pieces that your company wasn't warranting So in essence, the whole unit is under warranty, and you shipped a UN-SERVICEABLE UNIT! You keep on going back to these stupid u-joints, and that's fine, but THEY WERE RUST WELDED IN THE FRONT END, SO THEY COULD NOT BE REMOVED!!! FOUR COMPANIES LOOKED AT THE FRONT END, THAT WE WERE GOING TO GET TO REMOVE THE U-JOINTS, BECAUSE THE MECHANIC COULDN'T GET THEM OUT, AND THEY STATED THEY WOULD HAVE TO BE CUT OUT, AND THEY CAN'T LEGALLY DO THAT! I DID NOT SHIP THIS AS ONE PART FOR CONVENIENCE, OR MONEY SAVING, I WANTED THE WHOLE PIECE, THAT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING, AND THAT IT WOULD BE SERVICEABLE, AND NOBODY SAID THAT THE U-JOINTS WERE RUST WELDED IN, AND COULDN'T BE REMOVED And I was not at my expense going to ship the unit back to you, when you had already over charged my on shipping, and also when I tried several times to contact, because of the part, NOBODY WOULD CALL BACK!!! If we don't get some kind of compensation, we were told to contact the Attorney General of Oregon, and inform him your company shipped a defective part across state lines So, that will be our next stepI have sent all the emails to the Revdex.com, and all the paperwork, and pictures, of the defective part, and next the Attorney General is getting them, and we will see if he can stop companies from not living up to there warranties, and shipping defective parts

Worst service I had ever receivedI bought a used alternator for a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT online from junkyarddogs.comA company called Saratoga out of New York connected me with Sorenson Towing out of UtahSorenson sent me an alternator that not only did not fit my vehicle, but the pulley was severely broken and it was obvious this part was left outside in the weather for quite some time as there was rustI sent the item back and called to ask about the refund and guy said hold on and hung up on meDo not do business with this company

In Response to Mr. S[redacted]'s complaint - The purchase price for the Axle was, 297.78 with 190.00 for the shipping of the part.  You are asking for 2/3's of your money back on the part. That would equal 186.66 plus 11.85 tax for a total of 198.51. I will not refund anything on the shipping. As I have stated before, your wife (Lisa) and I spoke about the shipping price,(and remember, this shipping address changed from the original shipping address) it was 175.00 w/o insurance and 202.00 w/insurance. Your wife wanted the part to be shipped with insurance. After my measurements and weight of the part, I was able to ship the part for 190.00. I actually was able to save you money on the shipping. The part that we shipped you IS a serviceable part, and you will be able to change out the u joints as per the letter that I sent you from my mechanic on how to do that. So you will be able to use the other part of the axle as needed. I will be refunding you 198.51 minus the check ([redacted]) I sent you in the amount of 31.90 on  one set of hubs. Total amount to be refunded to Mr. S[redacted] will be 166.61. Please inform me of where to send the Check. Mr. S[redacted] please know that we stand by our warranty and we do believe that the part we sent you is a serviceable part!!!!! I will not send you a refunded until you have accepted my offer. We will not offer any other refund, We believe that part that we sent is a serviceable part!!!!! I do apologize that shipping took so long, I believe that some of it had to do with the holiday Memorial Day. I sent you the BOL showing you when I set up shipping.
