[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I respond to the many inaccuracies in your anserr to our complaint.When you came and inspected the *** dryer which was displaying the F-error code, you said that the heater core assembly was defective but that you already had that part at your shop and would bring it the next day.You returned the next day and snaped the part into the dryer After you left rhe dryer still displayed the F-error code and would not run We asked you to return immediately to complete the repair it is inaccurate to say that we were out of town for weeks and unavailable to have you return to complete the repair We were in town for the rest oof the year except for Thanksgiving weekend.When questioned the charge of $1,kfor the part immediately because it was more than the original purchase price of $1,paid for the dryer in 2011, you said, "Maybe I should have charged you less.You neither adjusted the invoice of $2,nor returned as requested to sinish the repair We were forced to purchase a new dryer The purchase price for the new dryer was $1,- much less than just the heater core assembly alone.In your eeply to our recent complaint to the Revdex.com, you asked what you could do to make this situation better Please do the right thing and refund our money for this enormous overcharge for an unsatisfactory attempt at repair

on the 20th of September and we agreed on the refundWe also received your demand letter on Tuesday of this week and have forwarded it to our attorney, given that you contact the Revdex.com, we would like to try to resolve the issue through the Revdex.comBobby called your husband on Tuesday of this week as well to resolve the issue but was not able to get in touch with himWe visited your home multiple times in September, replacing a main control board (twice) and replacing the electronic touch panel assemblyI understand that the dishwasher was working properly the last time we visited your home (on the 20th of September), has it stopped working since then or did it never work properly? The parts replaced are 100% under warranty, they are back by a year warrantyThe main control board assembly is part number *** (online supplier prices range from $170.00-$350.00), the touch panel is part number *** (online suppler prices range from $149.00-$325.00), we have a 20% markup on every part we install which helps cover our overhead costs and our year warrantyWe take customer satisfaction very serious and am going to try to mend the situation, hopefully in the future, we can earn your business againFeel free to call us if you have any questionsWe will refund your credit card the full amount of $1051.91, please respond acknowledging that your requests are met and I will issue the refund the next business day after receiving your responseAgain, my apologies about the issue! Good morning Mr. [redacted],   First of all, I would like to thank you for your feedback and also giving us the opportunity to earn your business.   We serviced your [redacted] dryer on November 11th of 2016, we found a defective electronic heater core assembly, you and I spoke on the phone and...

you asked us to overnight the part for repair the next day.   You reached out to us a few days later to let us know that your wife was upset about the pricing (even though you had agreed on the repair) and that the dryer was not working properly. I asked you when would be best for us to return to repair the dryer and you stated that you were going out of town for a few weeks and will let us know upon your return to schedule another appointment.   Upon your return, you contacted the office to ask for a refund, you and your wife opted to purchase a new dryer. Mr. [redacted], we never negated the repair and we stood by our warranty but you did not give us the opportunity to go back to your home to take care of the issue.   Given the fact that it has been over you approved the repair, it's been over 6 months since we originally visited your home, we never received an opportunity to return to your home and our refund policy is stated on the invoice and was reiterated verbally, we do not believe we must offer a refund sir.   We received your certified letter and responded via email, please feel free to contact me directly if there is anything I can do to make this situation better.
