Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] We do not accept Sortie's response to our complaint For them to say they have no proof that it isn't their fault is simply not true Our cooktop was working perfectly fine before they took it out and put it back together all wrong and put our family in danger The Sortie worker admitted to us that he had never put one of these in before but his boss Kim L [redacted] told him he had to He clearly did not know what he was doing and Kim knows this to be true The pictures speak for themselves The statement from the electrician on the bill says it all Cooktop was working fine before, but was not after they hooked it back up It's clearly obvious it is their fault Shame on them for saying "there is no proof" Regards, [redacted]

Business responded to rejection stating that their original response is the same The do not feel that the consumer has any proof that they caused the issue when they repair the appliance
