They keep saying when I called in, that I asked for a policy to be written up and I didn't. I was asking only for quotes in different scenarios. To see what would be a better option to go with if I did a policy. They took it as if I wanted a policy drawn up. Still not acceptable. The car was not even in my name, it was in my mother and son's name.
