*** would removing gutters and will be installing new oneWe set up a day and time and talked to *** *** about the jobWhen we showed up *** and I ( *** ***) both talked about the jobI told *** what needs to done and showed him pictures of what it would look likeI told him we can cover anything to make it look a lot better. My company typed up a agreement and both parties signedI never told him that I was tearing out the old fasciaActually the agreement states that we would replace soffit on house, put new soffit in and paint to match house, put in soffit vents around the house for ventilation because there was none, new fascia around the house, caulk and paint fascia all the way around the house, and haul off all old stuffThe total of the job was $2,000.00 and $750.00 down and $1250.00 when finishedSo, *** contacted us and said come get the down payment and I had her sign her agreement that she has a copy ofThe day one we started the jobMy company went to pull all material and had it on the jobWe started on the jobDuring the time of job the homeowners complemented about how good our work lookedNot only that there were neighbors driving by saying that it look goodWhile we were doing the job I became very sick and illI spent Easter Sunday, Mon, and Tues sickI was admitted into the hospital on 4/18/for having pneumonia on both lungs, the flu, and a high fever at NKC HospitalWhich I have paper documentationMy Wife *** *** had notified them of my situation of being ill and had stayed in contact with themWell *** *** started texting me on my release day from hospitalHe sent pictures and I texted backed why I did what I didWell after we had conversations back and forth *** said things are good he was having a bad nightWell I was on Doctors orders NOT to work for a week. My Wife and I went up to the next day and picked up all the trash and I looked at the jobThen I noticed that my ladders were missingSo I text them asking where my ladders wereThey stated that they were keeping them safe, so that they wouldn't get stolenThat was a lie because they were holding them till the job was doneWell for us to finish the job we needes our ladders to get up on to be able to do what we need to do to finish the jobI told them that I would come when I felt better to make things right with themWell they kept on playing games with us saying that they were afraid to let us use our laddersSo after arguing with them and being ill as I wasI text saying to keep the fricken laddersSo *** *** tells us that our services are no longer needed and to get our laddersI really don't understand why this even happenWe stayed in contact with themSo we are actually confused of why they're even doing this to us
