dealership or its authorized representatives are permitted to perform maintenance on the device.Complainant informed our company of the problems and maintenance on the vehicle after taking the vehicle to two different auto repair companiesPer our contract agreement we require all customers to report any problems to our company beforehand.Any and all payments made on said vehicle on a monthly basis is controlled and monitored by *** *** whom purchased the contract account from Credit ExpressOur company is not responsible for Passtime codes for payments and we are unable to view any information regarding Passtime information when any accounts have been purchased by another finance company.Therefore, Credit Express will not be responsible for any expenditures regarding repairs made to said vehicleIf you should have any questions, please contact our office during business hours at ***.Respectfully,J*** B***, General ManagerCredit Express
