SOS Irrigation & Backflow

This company will send two employees out to your house and expect you to also help with the sprinkler system in your yard AND use your tools. We have spent over $1200 on a sprinkler system they "fixed." They broke our motor by failing to winterize it correctly last year and we had to pay half. The employees they sent took their sweet time to "fix" our system and then charged us over $500 for their services. Our system does not have the pressure to water our yard which they were to fix and change out sprinkler heads. The sprinkler heads they used were old and one of them did not have the mechanical workings inside of it!!!!! My husband has contacted them at least 7 times and I have left 3 messages but no call backs. We live on a busy road and the only remedy we will have to hopefully get them to make things right is to advertise on our large fence that our lawn is a product of SOS irrigation with a big THANKS FOR YOUR SHODDY WORK SOS Irrigation- and posting the amount spent. When people drive by and see large yellow patches in our yard and a hose and sprinkler watering those sections, maybe Jason will call us back to make things right. However, at this time, I don't trust he will have integrity to do the right thing. No stars would be given if I could!
