I have hand delivered all invoices to the customers home and gave him a $199.00 free job on the 3rd invoice because we forgot to run his credit card on it because we want to keep him as our valued customer.

Review: In August & September of 2014, SOS Plumbing (owned by [redacted]) performed three separate plumbing services on two of my rental properties. Each service call was a separate incident, two such instances involving substantial work and cost outlays. One two of these service calls, Mr. [redacted] performed and completed the work, however, he did not provide me with a written invoice detailing the work performed. I have repeatedly called, sent text messages AND even written Mr. [redacted] a formal letter (attached if I can do so) asking him to email or send me written invoices for the work he performed. He has ignored all of my requests and refuses to provide these invoices, even after I spoke with him on three occasions in which he told me the invoices would be sent. This is rather frustrating as I see that this company has good reviews from Revdex.com and [redacted] - so I am perplexed as to why he can't provide this basic information to me. Perhaps you could intervene and let him know that this is not OK as a business practice. I need these invoices for income tax purposes - these were not small jobs; they involved several hundred dollars of work on each service call.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. [redacted] to provide written invoices for the two jobs performed at my properties located at [redacted] and 2[redacted] in Sacramento, CA.

Submitted my on-line request for my plumbing needs and with in 15 mins heard back from [redacted].
He showed up with in the hour window he stated on the phone call, on his day off.
Very personable and knowledgeable professional. Completed the task in very good time (kitchen sink clogged) then suggested he crawl under the house to check out the rest of the pipes.
Very pleased with this service call.
