He takes long time to bring the boom like months, so when he send the boom was old and with sings of burning before I told him I can't ganrantee the job but he told to do I did I charge $1000,he just give me $500,because the boom no work I told him the boom needs reapir but I cant make the job on this timePS: years ago I did a job for him and he gime a bad check and went to Florida so I dont trust himAfter that he came he my shop was closed and he moved the machine and stock the machine in my door I have cameras and people who was he in the same time with himHe never catch the machine because he don't want the machine was outside always he never gime me money to do the job now I dont want to do because I dont have time, I dont want and he is bully my family and friends all the time but he is free to come and catch anytime I dont trust himThnaks for giving me the right of repay

I am rejecting this response because:Yes I called several times to try to speak with himI spoke politely with his wife and his friends. but I never bullied no one. I never paid u with a check, it was always cashBut if you have the unpaid check I will be happy to give you the payment with interest.I gave you a used boom and all new parts from cat to complete the repairs. We first agreed that the machine would get out of there operating I don't have a way to move an equipment that big and heavy if it's not operating.
