I am rejecting this response because: SOS Roofing continues to lie and scamYou all went through our neighborhood and took money from innocent hard working consumersThen you have the nerve to respond with your phone number, knowing damn well you are not going to answerIt is January and your fake salesmen came through our neighborhood in July and you haven't did any work on nobody's roof, all you have done is take people moneyYou want to resolve the issue....refund us $7317, so we can find a legit roofing company to repair our roof. You need to stop lying about being in the field working, it's all liesWho runs a business where no one answers their phone or no one is ever in the office. I am rejecting this response because: I have not talked to anyone from SOS roofing in over two months. The rep that came to my house his name is Nathan and I have tried calling his cell number numerous times and left multiple messages and now all of a sudden the number is disconnected. I have called the office number numerous times and now one has answered and there is no voice mail set up. So once again why have SOS taken my money and not followed up with me are given me a call? I WANT MY MONEY BACK....ASAP!

[redacted].... I don't accept that. When going into contract and paying the money I was told by Billy that the job would be completed in September 2016. I explained to him before paying how I've heard of contractors taking your money and not completing the job. He told me oh we will get you on the schedule for September. I went into this with good faith, trusting that my roof will be replaced in a timely manor. If your rep had been truthful regarding the time frame, I would  have seeked out other company that could get the job done within a reasonable time frame. I understand weather plays a factor in your job however it was mid summer and there was not a lot of rain. Apparently you guys were super super behind before Billy knocked on my door. I want to cut all ties with your company, I want my money refunded so I can find a company that can get the job done in a timely manor. You say you have not run off with money, prove it refund my money.
