To the best of our knowledge we have completed the work requested. Customer has paid balance in full and we were told she was withdrawing the complaint. We will contact customer again to make sure all is resolved.
Review: Water damage inside our home on 5/07/2014 SOS Rooter was called for immediate remediation and Mr. [redacted] agreed to do the repairs and restorations services for all the water damage inside and outside. On 5/21/14 Mr. [redacted] received payment of $6,454 and on 7/11/14 another payment of $930.00 dollars from our home insurance company for his services, a payment of $391.01 would be issued once all the repairs were completed.
I have made several calls and sent text messages to Mr. [redacted] and I have not received a response on when the job will be completed.Desired Settlement: Completion of the job.
