Zac has worked on our irrigation system a couple times. He is honest and we trust him to work on our irrigation system's needs in the future. He shows you where the problem is, and what needs to be done. Fair pricing and honest work. Thank you Zac.
SOs Sprinkler Repair is owned and operated by a very nice gentleman, Mr James Zachary. He came highly recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. Our sprinkler system still has two major leaks after the repair. One of the leaks we pointed out to him before he started the work. The other we did not, but did request the he check the system for any additional leaks. The pricing was reasonable, but $290. later I am still having to water by hand. It was not money well spent.
My name is Zac.. I am the owner. I did REPAIR the leaks she asked about. However, if a system is old, and when an irrigation system builds pressure back up, sometimes you get leaks within days .. if not minutes or hours. When I do repairs, I sign my name and date on ALL repaired areas, therefore if you dig them up you will see that I did the work I told you I did. If other leaks occurred after I left, it might be time to think about replacing your system. I'm sorry you think I didn't do my job. May you have a better experience with another contractor. Thank you!
