Sosa took out a half page ad in the SJ Mercury Newspaper dated 12-15, 2016, which I subscribe to The Add indicated "Call for a free in-home consultation with a professional in the industry Call for a FREE in-home estimate 925.344.5258." Their add is very appealing and they indicated a free granite upgrade I called them today to schedule a FREE consultation They indicated they can come to my home in Gilroy, CA but they will charge me $for the consultation because it's too far away, However, if I chose to contract the job to them, they will deduct the $from the project Really, how can I compare remodel companies if I have to pay them $200?
NO WHERE on their add does it allude to a "distance" fee charged To me this is advertising They are listed in the *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ***, giving the illusion, they are honest How can the company get away with this non-disclosure? I know that many homes being built in the Gilroy area use Sosa for their products if they order in mass? I am just a senior citizen and homeowner trying to get my kitchen remodeled at a decent price Please make them honor their add

I am replying to your fax dated X-XX-XX regarding [redacted], Case #XXXXXXXX.
The company Proforma was hired to embroider shirts for our company. When the shirts were delivered, there was no phone number on the shirts....

This was an issue with the owner of our company. I have been in constant contact with the billing rep for Proforma who works on the east coast. I explained to her when the check would be released and she notated the account. Within two days of speaking to her, I received this notice stating [redacted], who is the sales person, had filed this complaint. I called [redacted] and let him know I had been speaking to his accounting department and he said "Oh I was unaware of that and once your check is posted, I will recall my complaint with the Revdex.com". The check was mailed 9/26/14 for $8161.94, payment in full. There was no reason for [redacted] to file this complaint as we had been in contact with his accounting department back east, this was lack of communication within his own company not ours.

Unfortunately I had made 6 attempts to find out when the payment would be made to my company over 60 days and did not receive a single response.. The artwork was approved and the project run as per approved artwork. A phone number was not requested on the tees.
I appreciate that communications were finally established and that payment was made. Thank you.
