Review: Sosabella Inc was hired to repair kitchen. [redacted] came and did repairs, but some things were not done properly.He installed cabinets over existing backsplash when he knew it had to be replaced a cabinet door was hanging off,wall at end of cabinets was pulling away from cabinet. He did fix wall and door. Did not put inserts on either side of dish washer in therefore countertop would have been to short, put crown molding & cornice across sink but left my pendant light hanging by wires because it wouldn't fit anymore. After he put everything up he told me I had to get an electrician,I did,& told him to patch hole in ceiling for me he didn't, countertops were measured by him as 981/2" and they should have been 99" to fit properly,he pieced the backsplash & it has waves in it, I had rolls of backsplash and if he measured right it would't have been pieced. He said he put in kitchen floor for free because I bought Laminate click.Every time I bought something I emailed him to see if it was okay, so he knew what floor I bought. The only thing he purchased was wallboard and 1 can of paint, he did not ever go with me to help me with anything, when I asked if he ordered the countertop he told me yo do it you have the money. I bought everything and brought it home except cabinets they were delivered. He rarely if ever responded to any of my emails. Admittedly some time was waiting for cabinets or countertops but I would email they came in and still have to waits weeks before he came back. He also has work to do in the downstairs kitchen, he did some but needs to finish. My husband just paid $150.00 to have all the stuff he left behind taken away. We were given two tickets by the city @$100.00ea. because he left junk in my yard. This has been going on since 10/**. The last time he was here was 4/**/14. Since then I have sent him 3 emails and he has not responded once.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for having someone come in and rip off all backsplash than to replace it with more the proper way. I would also like to be reimbursed for all the backsplash he used and I now have to replace. I would like to be reimbursed for having to have someone come in patch the hole in the ceiling, also be reimbursed for having to pay $150.00 for having the stuff he left taken away, and the cost of labor for someone to come in and do all this and finish the kitchen downstairs
