Review: Hello...I am filing a complaint in reason being SoSoVonia would not exchange a pair of boots that they sent incorrectly. I purchased a pair of boots and submitted on 10/29/14. I left to go out of town on 11/3/14 for a week im a half and when I returned on 11/16/14 I received my package and I immediately opened it seeing that it was not the correct order. So Monday 11/17/14 I sent SoSOVonia a message on the Instagram page that I got the boots off of. I told them that they sent the wrong package that I ordered a leather pair of the same boot but they sent a lace pair and it was incorrect. Someone immediately responded stating they knew someone had received the wrong package and it was me. So they told me to email them and send invoice number so I did just that. I never heard anything back from them until I emailed and Messaged back the next day and they finally after hours responded saying they are sorry but only ting they can do is send a coupon to me and that its their policy to exchange within 7 days. My invoice paper states nothing of this nature. I have my invoice shipping paper and I also screenshot where they sent me a message back stating THEY KNEW THEY SENT THE WRONG PAIR OF BOOTS TO SOMEONE AND IT WAS ME so I want to file a compalint beause as I stated to them saying I was out of town and I knew nothing about a 7 day policy and the only thing I wanted was them to send my order I orginally ordered being that was their mistake. Also my order was a $90.00 mistake that I neDesired Settlement: I would like the boots that I ordered. I will send them their mistake back as soon as they send me what I payed for. My order was $90.00 and who wants to have wasted 90 bucks on somehing they did not purchased. So yes at this moment I am very angry.
