We talked to *** ** *** on the *** of February and received her complaint
- She said that the items missing were used clothes, of the Express brand, to be exact
-We asked if she
personally sign for the delivery and she said no, that she was in Santiago by the time the delivery was made in MocaThe person signing name was *** ***
-We asked her how she received the box and she said that the plastic was broken
-We asked her if the box had a black strap (fleje) and she said that she did not know what was that(After boxes pass custom inspection each one gets laminated and a black strap that the customer have to break open upon delivery)
We told her that we will ask for the delivery picture, we take pictures of every delivery we make in Dominican RepublicAfter we saw the picture and verify that we made the delivery according to our standards (the picture is available in our office for inspection), it was laminated and the strap is tight (when you tighten the strap, if the box is empty it has to collapse in itself)On February *, that is the exact date that we spoke last
- We told her that the delivery picture shows the box well laminated and the strap looks tight, she got defensive and we remind her that she did not receive the delivery and that the person who sign was to be asked what happened because we did not left the box like she receive it(On that moment she felt insulted by our representative)
We have proof that we made everything rightAs for the accusations of frauds against our customers, it is strange that a company that transports a container every week, with hundreds of boxes, 25% of them containing new clothes, with no complaints, get accuse of fraudWe open and welcome any investigation regarding this matter

When a package that you had personally packed arrives with half of its items missing, you have to question the integrity of the company. I do not care for the statistics that you assume arrive to their destinations without any so-called complaints. I am simply stating my personal experience with your company and my dissatisfaction of service. Although, I was not present when the the container arrived, I was there to open the package itself to find out that half of the clothing had gone missing. It was clear before opening that the container had been tampered with since it did not look at all like how I had originally sent it. I was asked if it did have a black strap but at the moment did not understand the question since they had referenced it by another name. I personally had taken the black strap off and inspected the container. As a customer, a company's main objective is to ensure that the customer receives proper service which was not given to me by any means. I received no explanation as to why the container had been tampered prior to me receiving it nor an apologetic tone to the matter. The situation itself was not handled properly and for a company to make false accusations is just absurd. For your company business, customer service should be your main priority and focus, as well as ensuring that all deliveries arrive complete. As of now, I do not believe your company offers any of that support. If you can not ensure a proper delivery with all contents inside untouched then you should reconsider your business model and your employee ethics.

Review: I sent a package with a variety of products. (clothes and food in a large sized box)

The box arrived practically empty with only some of the food left but with no clothes. (About 80% of what I sent was stolen)

I contacted the shipping company regarding the issue, the representative that attended my phone call

Approached me in a very rude and unprofessionally manner, insulting me and hanged up the phone on me various times with no intent to resolve the issue I called about.Desired Settlement: I have reason to believe that this company is involved in stealing items once they reach the distinction of shipment (Dominica Republic) without the customers consent. I would like for this company to be investigated for frauds committed against their customers.
