Curtis D*** **lacks experience to do simple jobs Does not communicate with his customer if agreed to decisions needs to be changed He is also not a man of his word He will say that he is coming to complete the jobs (he has been paid for) and does not show with no communication Work is still incomplete Terrible experience
I hired Sotac to do plumbing and general carpentry work in a small apartment unit. Sotac replaced five kitchen cabinets, a counter top, a range, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a toilet, doors for the bathroom and a closet, plus a few miscellaneous items. Curtis, of Sotac, worked diligently and was most anxious to please me, his customer. However, Curtis made rookie mistakes in every aspect of the job. Because Curtis was eager to please, he may at some time be ready to handle remodeling work and deliver his customer a satisfactory result. At this time, he lacks the knowledge and experience to be a home improvement contractor.
