This statement is completely false [redacted] was in the program roughly about to years agoWhen she was in the program she rarely came to class and she quit the programOn the contract she signed before she started the program that she signed and I can fax you over the contract if you need it, it says once you quit the program Soto Sterile Processing will not be responsible of any obligations that we offer and there are no refunds what so everThe contract also says that the student is still responsible to pay the rest of the tuition or we will send your paperwork to the debt collectorAt that time when she quit the program she did not sucessfully finish paying the tuition so I sent her paperwork and her remaining balance to the debt collector that we are in business withI can give you the paperwork to prove that as wellAfter she dropped out she decided to come back to school a year later and ask can she finish the programWe took her back with open armsWe just told her to finish paying rest of your balance to the collector and we will not charge youSo [redacted] did finishing paying the rest of the Balance she owedOn the contract it says once a student withdrawn from soto sterile processing and wanted to come back you will have to repay the entire tuition again, but we never did that to [redacted] ***After [redacted] finally finished the program we gave hee the Certificate of Completion and set her up to start working her externship hours at [redacted] *** The day the dental facility was expecting her to start she was a no call no showWhen she did that she called me about a month later to see if she can go back to the facilty to start her externship hoursI told [redacted] that I am not sure if they will take you because [redacted] was very upset that you didn't come or even called to let him know that you wasnt showing up for her externship In my exact words I told [redacted] if something comes as far as externship I will let her know but there is no guarantee that an externship opportunity will comeYes I did ans still do have other facilites that thw school has contracts with for externshp but [redacted] was not qualified at the time because she never took her exam or passed it to get her provisional certificationThose specific facilities at the time did not take any students until they sucessfully finished the program and also take and pass there board examThe that [redacted] is talking about is the additional money she had tp pay the school for her insurance for her to start her externship hours at the dental facilty and no where elseThe reason why she had to to pay an additional is because when she quit the program the first time her insurance expired so since she quit she qaa responsible to pay the insurance All of this took place years agoNow out of nowhere [redacted] has been harrasing us to give her the externship paper filled out from the doctor as if she already have completed her hoursThat is illegal and wrongEveryday about times a day she is constanly calling and we are going to pick up the phoneNow since she has done this I will be filling a report to the sterile processing board so they can statt an investigation on [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: that was statement.I never received any opportunity in any facility for internship and the company never was proffessional enough to notify me of any.Yes I did call the company to resolve this issue on promises that was never made and no not any illegal ones eitherCommunication was not present in their behalf as a company mine was trying to resolve this matter
