I ordered bracelets at the beginning of April and it's the end of May and nothing has arrivedI have emailed multiple times and called but the automated system hangs upMy card was charged the same day I orderedI don't know how else to contact them

I put an order In March they took the money off my cardWon't return emails its not April *** and I still have not received anything I ordered or an email back but they got paid

I have placed my order 2 weeks ago hoping to get them for a gift. I have yet to get in touch with them. There is no live person to speak with and they do not get back to you via email. I have emailed them 3x and also messaged them thru there website. I am not a happy customer.

I went to the site to order a couple of bracelets for my bridal party and placed an order for three bracelets. After I ordered I got a confirmation email on 06[redacted]/16 that my order was placed and that I would receive tracking information once my order is processed and that I would get notified once it has been sent. Today is now 06/**/16 and I have yet to receive an email, I have now emailed them 3x, messaged them on social media, and when I call I can not reach someone. These people remove my comments when asked where my order is.. This site is a complete scam!

I placed my order (order # [redacted]) on 9/*/15. I emailed them on 9/*/15 asking why I never got a notice of shipment. They emailed me back 3 days later saying that the Memorial Day holiday pushed their shipping back. I then got a email stating that my order has shipped with tracking number [redacted]. I have been checking it daily and the only update from [redacted] is that they have made a pre-shipment label on 9/**/15. Someone posted a picture on [redacted] of their bracelet and this picture had a lot of people complaining about their orders not being shipped. I posted a comment asking the same questions. When I checked the picture the next morning someone had deleted all the negative comments. I then posted another comment saying that I was going to make a compliant to the Revdex.com and I had a customer service rep with so trendee ask to email them. She then said that the pope being in the US has made a mess with shipping. I then proceeded to tell her that I had a order that came in from china that I ordered just last week. She said for me to wait over the weekend to see if it came in and if not she would either send another or give me a full refund. I have now tried emailing them 4 times with no luck of a response! I am not a happy customer.

Review: I ordered 5 bracelets from this company the beginning of Feb. I only received 4 bracelets. I paid for 5 and my email order confirmation shows 5, but again I only received 4. I called the company twice but both times the automated voice transferred me to a line that instantly hung up. I then emailed the company twice and have not heard back.Desired Settlement: Send me my bracelet.

Review: I placed my order on 09/**/14 order #[redacted]. Today is 10/**/14 & I have yet to receive my item. I have emailed the company on 10/**/14,10/**/14 & 10/**/14 & again 10/**/14. I have never received my item. My email never received a response from the email I sent on 10/**/14. On 10/**/14 I received an email response stating that "it was prepared this weekend we just received a batch of shipping slips & we are updating all the tracking numbers. You should receive yours shortly. Best regards [redacted]. I emailed the co. again on 10/**/14. I received a response on 10/**/14 saying that my order had been shipped via USPS tracking #[redacted]. However if you pull up that tracking # it only says that a shipping label has been prepared for your item at 12:09 pm on Oct. **,2014 in [redacted]. I have never received my item & it has been a few days short of a month since I placed my order.I paid 3.25 for 4-7 day shipping & it has been will beyond the 4-7 days.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my bracelet by tomorrow 10/**/14 as this is for a birthday gift & I would also like a complete refund for my inconvience receiving the item.

Review: I placed an order for 10 bracelets and only received 2 items. I originally placed the order on 1/**/15 and received 2 items on 1/**/15. I have attempted to contact the business 2 times via email and then once by phone and I have not received any reply. It appears as if the order was divided into 2 separate shipping packages but they were all given the same tracking number from the [redacted]. The [redacted] tracking info shows the order to have been delivered.Desired Settlement: If the order cannot be completed then I would like a refund of my money as a money order. I do not trust the company to credit my credit card appropriately or to send a company check that will not bounce.
