I placed my order (order # ***) on asking why I never got a notice of shipmentThey emailed me back days later saying that the Memorial Day holiday pushed their shipping backI then got a email stating that my order has shipped with tracking number [redacted] I have been checking it daily and the only update from [redacted] is that they have made a pre-shipment label on Someone posted a picture on [redacted] of their bracelet and this picture had a lot of people complaining about their orders not being shippedI posted a comment asking the same questionsWhen I checked the picture the next morning someone had deleted all the negative commentsI then posted another comment saying that I was going to make a compliant to the Revdex.com and I had a customer service rep with so trendee ask to email themShe then said that the pope being in the US has made a mess with shippingI then proceeded to tell her that I had a order that came in from china that I ordered just last weekShe said for me to wait over the weekend to see if it came in and if not she would either send another or give me a full refundI have now tried emailing them times with no luck of a response! I am not a happy customer
I went to the site to order a couple of bracelets for my bridal party and placed an order for three braceletsAfter I ordered I got a confirmation email on 06***/that my order was placed and that I would receive tracking information once my order is processed and that I would get notified once it has been sentToday is now and I have yet to receive an email, I have now emailed them 3x, messaged them on social media, and when I call I can not reach someoneThese people remove my comments when asked where my order isThis site is a complete scam!
