This will be my formal statement in response to *** *** ridiculous claims and what he deems deserving for so called "damages" to his bathroom.I feel as though I was an intended target of fraudulent activity simply to gain money at someone else's expenseI showed up to work a the ***
home only after Bill claimed he understood exactly what the job would entailAfter he agreed, twice, to the work requirements we began the jobThe electrical in his bathroom was so deplorable that I actually went out of my way to make sure it was repaired properly so I obtained the items needed to make it codeThe *** bathroom was in such disrepair before we arrived that I could honestly understand why they were redoing it*** *** gave me misinformation intentionally by assuring me that his sheetrock installer was going to make any and all repairs to the bathroom wall and cieling after we got in to perform our workSo we did what we had to do based on work that was agreed to by *** *** Additionally, I STILL have not been paid for the workBut I will so I'm not worried about that, what I am worried about is the fact that their house was so unclean and unmaintained that I have been battling a respiratory problem since working thereMy other problem is that the *** actually think that I will fork over $for a $repair, where did that number come from?? The answer is no, I do not owe them they owe meThe *** rude behavior on the phone to myself and to my insurance carrier was a dead giveaway away that their red flag raising attempts to take advantage of yet another contractor have failedIt was certainly a premeditated attackWhy else would they have contacted Revdex.com, my insurance and my advertisers within mere hours after the job was doneNo attempt was made to contact me to try and resolve the issues they went for the throat like I just caused severe irreparable damage to their homeThey are well versed in taking money from people and with *** working in insurance she knows all of the ins and outs and the steps, fortunately my insurance company saw right through their outlandish claims and denied coverage just as they should haveIt's never ok to take food off of someone's table because you are not "happy"The *** are on the verge of going to collections for lack of payment but also I will make sure that they pay by attaching a lien to their homeI was blindsided and they tried to take advantage of my businessPay your bill!Thanks Greg S***
