Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response from this gym is typical and untrueThe animosity comes from them and they have in fact reniged on promissed equipmentI still have not recieved a response from the e-mail I sent to them Tuesday morning at 6:am when I was there for training that was supposed to start at 6:am and that is consistent with the way they have treated meI don't know if they treat others that way I did want to terminate the contract after I found out about their financial situation but it was too lateI should have done my due diligence first I have missed many sessions but I was there more recently than Nov 2013, that's another mistake and/or lie on their partThe reasons for missing are mostly because of work obligations or peronsal reasons but I also feel unwelcomed there by management and ownershipInstructors have always been goodAdditionally, why would I make things up about a gym I am paying into? That makes no senseI wanted to have a positive, productive relationship with this gym but they do not care about anything outside of the monthly fee they are recieving and it is evident in the way they continue to treat me Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for addressing Mr ***'s complaint with us. Although we are not a perfect orginization when it comes to all aspects of customer service we are improving each and every process on a monthly bases through review and feedback. We regreat to hear that Mr
*** would address this with you and not us but it is indiciative of the conduct we are accustomed to by him. We have responded to every email and phone call from him with in one day. Mr *** has been on numerous occasions rude and combative with our staff and as such we have tried dilligently to address his concerns to his satisfaction but it seemed impossible. He was given free equipment and training times that he didnt pay in an effort to satisfy him but nothing we did seemed to relent his disrespectful attitude towards our staff. Although I cannot say for certain why Mr *** chooses to attack us in this manner, I can say he has tried to get out of his contract with us but does not have a sufficient reason for termination. We can not allow Mr *** out of his contract with out him satisfiying his abbligation which will currently expire in Nov of this year. He has had medical concerns that we addressed by putting his contract on hold with no penalty and made every effort to satisfy him. Since the begining of his membership we have had two Instructor move away from the area, only one of which was a part of his instructors team, 90% of our staff is still intact. Mr *** has not attended class since Nov of 2013, since his last visit we have updated our training schedule and added new classes. Again, we regret him being unsatisfied with his experience but I believe our staff has done everything we could to make him a happier member. I still have not recieved a response from the e-mail I sent to them Tuesday morning at 6:10 am when I was there for training that was supposed to start at 6:00 am and that is consistent with the way they have treated me. I don't know if they treat others that way.
I did want to terminate the contract after I found out about their financial situation but it was too late. I should have done my due diligence first.
I have missed many sessions but I was there more recently than Nov 2013, that's another mistake and/or lie on their part.
