Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
Ms***’s recollection is inaccurate. Below is the text from the *** for facial voucher I purchased, not 3.Soul Serenity Beauty & WellnessGood for $towards: One 60-minute anti-aging non-surgicalfaceliftThe promotional period for your deal "One 60-minute anti-aging non-surgical facelift" ended February 20, The amount paid ($58.00) willnever expire and may be applied toward the original goods or servicesspecified on this voucher I did not have a service on 1/27/16. *** told me that my face needed time to heal, she also told me that this was a detox process. It was not. I cancelled the remaining three appointments on 1/31/16 In bold is the email I sent to Ms***’s attorney. She states she feels threatened by this“ Please let *** *** know that ignoring the Revdex.com does not make this issue go away. I've been avoiding online reviews in the hopes she will do the right thing. I will begin that campaign next week along with other suggestions made by the Revdex.com, if I do not hear from you.”I wasn’t threatening her, I was letting her know what the next step was for me. I was hoping she wouldn’t take it to this point. You closed my complaint on 8/8/due to no response from the vendor, she finally responded on 9/after she was notified that I had filed suit in district court to get a refund of $688.
Regards,
*** ***

Thank you for your patience with my delayed response. In all honesty I had prayed *** would have come to her senses, and accepted the settlement she originally agreed to.This will be longThorough and hopefully put this claim to rest.*** *** first visited us in Dec 2015, she had
purchased a *** for Natural facelifts, she appeared to enjoy and like her results after a month she came back for an additional 6, She was in on 1/12/1/14/2016, 1/21/2016, and 1/27/2016After her appointment on 1/21/2016, she claims to have had a reaction, when she returned days later for her 4th of treatments her skin was glowing showed no signs of dry flakiness or irritation, However, there was a herpes/cold sore on her lower lip, this of course has nothing to do with the treatmentsGenerally a virus in an individual's system. I had also invited her to stop in on her way home from work Monday January 25th so we could assess the situation She declined In our communication never did she mention having seen a dermatologist.*** did not cancel the three remaining appointments, she received four out of the six, the third being the one she claims had caused damage Again days latershe was back for her 4th treatment and, no damage just the lip soreShe did contact me and let me know the results were not as she expected ( after her 4th) Both of us being disappointed I offered her a refund for the remaining two treatments I mailed her a check dated February 5, I still have the check she mailed back after she filed a claim with her credit card company. On February 26th, 2016, my credit card processing company contacted me regarding the dispute, they put on hold This stayed on hold until mid June OnJune 22nd, she contacted me demanding a full refund This email following the dispute resolution through her credit card company deciding her claim was invalid Again, we communicated via email, she agreed to the 344.00, refund When my lawyer contacted her still she was in agreement said she would sign the release, the reneged. Why did she come back? Why were there no signs of trauma or irritation? Why is she claiming I refused to give her a refund? I have all our email communication, her agreeing to the treatment refund, then when my lawyer contacted her, she agreed After a few emails *** changed her mind, not wanting to drive from Georgetown to Danvers, requested my lawyer come to her My lawyer offered to mail the release forms, to her and when she received them back she would release the check(the release forms all the same, one for each of us.) Again the thread of emails shows all the communicationI will provide them if you feel it is necessary. No one has asked her to drive miles round trip, we thought perhaps she would stop by from Georgetown not go all the way home, then turn around to go backWe offered to mail the forms to herShe was offered a refund for three treatments, we only had to offer her a refund twoMy cooperation has been fullMy generosity is running low. After the email received yesterday Sunday July 31,2016, see below I am feeling threatened
