Review: I have ordered multiple vinyl albums from Soul Temple Records, yet received none. After months of waiting I received an email from the new "[redacted]" of Soul Temple Records - the email is as follows:

"Dear ** Fans and Consumers,

Soul Temple is under organizational restructuring and a new staff has been working to get all this mess sorted out. First, let us apologize for not staying in tune with everyone and keeping you all abreast of the situation, it was deeper than we first expected. Secondly, we have begun refunding those that have asked to be refunded to their [redacted] accounts for unsent product.

It has come to our attention within all of this sorting, that [redacted], has not only scammed customers but Soul Temple as well by embezzling funds for product purchases and shipping fees. All funds went directly into his account instead of a company [redacted] account and we are still trying to figure out where it all went.

[redacted] had to personally cover these expenses to rectify this situation at hand and it took longer than expected because the outstanding bills where higher than what was first thought. [redacted] made an agreement with an outside shipping company located in Pennsylvania that is to ship out all ordered product. There should have been no issue because things were set for pre-paid shipping fees. Unfortunately he has not paid this shipping company thousands of dollars, and product that has been ordered by you all is sitting in a warehouse. The information to the warehouse location and name wasn’t given to us until yesterday when [redacted] finally released the information. At an out of pocket cost to [redacted] he is working to pay this bill high cost, to fulfill his word, and get the product that has been sitting paid and shipped out to everyone that has been gracious enough to wait instead of asking for the refund.

[redacted], refusal, to give us necessary information, after promises of doing so on numerous occasions, was causing the slow-down in many areas in sorting the Soul Temple problems. The new team is truly determined to sort this out, and it has been a slow process. For those of you who still haven’t gotten your product if you now wish for a refund, or those who haven’t gotten their refunds, please send notification to BandCamp directly it will be easier to make it happen that way. If you still wish to have your product now that we have located where it is being held, please inform BandCamp of the purchase and product. If you have ordered shirts, or specialty items, we might not be able to fulfill those orders since they were set up [redacted], a refund can be submitted for those purchases as well.

Once again, we do apologize for the unprofessionalism of Soul Temple that was ran by [redacted]. We do ask that you all stop ordering any product for now, we are still working out the kinks as to not have this situation happen again.

Thanks you again all for your unwilling patience in this matter as we finish sorting it all.

This email was sent on 11/**/13. They have made no other attempt to contact or update us, despite me having sent multiple emails and making several phone calls to Soul Temple Records over the past year. They have all gone unanswered and ignored. I have contacted Bandcamp, but they, like ebay or etsy, are only an outlet for artists to sell albums. They have tried to help, but to no avail.Desired Settlement: A refund of $85.90 (I have receipts) or the shipment of ordered products.

Review: This consumer placed an order for a CD with the online shop Soul Temple Records through PayPal on March *, 2013.However he has not received the item yet.He sent emails to the business several times for asking them to ship his item out.Even though the business has kept saying that the item had already been shipped on May **, 2013 via Air Mail taking about 7 to 14 days during the delivery, but the item still has not been arrived.Eventually the business stopped to respond to his inquiry, and end it up before he could receive any reasonable answer from them.Desired Settlement: This consumer would like the merchant to deliver his item properly, or refund him all the money paid.

Review: I ordered an album from Soul Temple on April **, 2013. The album is called the Brown Tape. The money was electronically paid to [redacted]'s PayPal account, Payment [redacted] ~ PayPal transaction ID [redacted]. I have yet to receive the merchandise ordered or any sort of tracking number and I have tried contacting support at the email address [redacted] with no results. Mass emails have been sent out claiming that there has been staff changes to Soul Temple. There have been numerous posts at the [redacted] page for Boycott Soul Temple that confirm Soul Temple has not shipped out merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would like to know that the merchandise I ordered will be delivered. I would also like a tracking number and a confirmation when the merchandise is shipped.
