Avoid this company at all costs I belong to a home warranty company (AHS) that sent this company to my home when my toilet flooded Not only did this plumbing company not come out to complete the repair in the time slot or DAY that they were supposed to (I took time off of work to be there), their communication about when they could be there when they did not show up when scheduled was very lax The order for repair was to cover the toilet and also repair a leaky shower $service fee should have been my total bill at the time of service When the repair man finally showed up, he insisted that I needed to have a special part added to truly ensure a quality repair on the toilet, however; it was not covered by my warranty and there would be an additional $charge Since I am standing in a home that had just been flooded by this toilet, I agreed He then went to view the shower that was also on the repair order and stated that he needed to order a part to make the repair and he would be back when it arrived That was in March That was the last time I saw or heard from him Immediately after he left, my insurance adjuster and another plumbing professional came in to inspect the damage done by toilet flooding They were kind enough to inform me that basically, the plumbing service man had taken advantage of my situation and "needed" $extra part was less than honest On top of fleecing me out of an extra $100, they never returned to complete the repair on my shower The part that he was supposed to have special ordered to fix the leak can be found at any Lowe's Home Improvement So why has it been over months later and they still have not returned to correct? I listen to my shower still dripping in the middle of the night I called the warranty company on multiple occasions to request a new company to complete the shower repairs that this plumbing company obviously refuses to do More importantly, at this time, I do not want this man or his company anywhere near my home again Do NOT, do NOT, do NOT allow this company into your home It is a shame that they care so little about customer service, professionalism, efficiency and honesty
I love the warranty company they have been great with other repairs needed in my home, however; it was a hard fight to get them to switch the remaining work to be completed on my shower to another company at no additional cost to me This company needs to be taken off of their preferred contractors' list asap!

James from this company walked up in the attic to locate plumbing vent pipe over bathroom because it seems to be cloggedDidn't see one and assumed that the pipe had a mechanical vent on it behind the wall in my bathroomSuggested a very expensive repairAs soon as he left, I walked into the attic and actually moved the blown in insulation and immediately found vent pipeCalled him and all he had to say was "huh"This was a home warranty claim and because I called him out on his incompetence, he reported that the plumbing was improper and not to codeHouse was built in and to codeThe vent code hasn't changedThe warranty provider denied the claim based on his reportHow would he know that anything is improper without actually seeing the plumbingMaybe he is a magicianAll I know is that he stole my money for the service call and I still have a clogged vent pipeHe should not be in business and should lose his license

Had a problem with my water heater and the warranty company sent this guy,he diagnosed a problem with ignitor and wants to change that part and will do so only if I agree to flush the unit for $175, since I got 2 other opinions, both diagnosed the problem with flame sensor and not the ignitor and they did not understand why the unit needs flushing even if it were to be an ignitor problem, avoid thus guy.

I have literally lost sleep over the terrible interaction I had with Soul-utions. I wasn't going to post a review, but I need to tell people you should AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. James and his son, James, we're incompetent, rude, and do NOT listen.

We hired them for a bathroom remodel which was quoted at 30 days. We told them we did not want to start until our fixtures were here, but he insisted we start. They never once cleaned up their mess at the end of the day, routinely left garbage on my porch and house and never showed up when they said they would. This job was supposed to take a maximum of 30 days but we had hired them in September and I ended up firing them the day before Thanksgiving. The work they do is shoddy at best and the people they contract are terrible. James would routinely show up for 2 hours, do little to no work, and then leave for the day. We didn't want to pull the surround to our tub out until the very last moment because we only have one bathroom. We were very clear about that. He absolutely insisted it get pulled out by Monday, so his son came in to rip the surround down the day before, on Sunday. Then James comes over Monday to tell us he won't be able to install the new tub for TWO WEEKS. He pressured us into giving up our only bath tub, and couldn't follow through. We would not see him for sometimes a week at a time. He said he would put up plastic so we could still shower and then never showed up. We ended up asking the drywaller to do it for us. But, it turns out his son had ALSO disconnected the hot water. And then lied about it! James said how it didn't matter what time it was, if there was a problem he would come solve it. Yet, when we called at 10pm and told him his son disconnected our water, he couldn't come out until next week and immediately blamed it on the drywaller. We had to scream at him to get him to agree to come out that next morning.

I didn't know he was going to contract out a drywaller, but he did and the drywaller would invite people to come sit on my porch and talk about drinking. When I told James this, he didn't listen to me. I told him I did not want the drywaller on my property because of this, and James basically said too bad, he already got paid. The drywall looks terrible and is cracking already???

He had the tiling contracted out because his son messed up our floors THREE TIMES. The tilers removed the toilet and did not put it back properly, causing toilet water to flood our kitchen. We called him three times and he ignored our calls until we finally had to call an emergency plumber.

Do not let his son into your house at all. He doesn't care about your property. He doesn't care about the job, and he will break your stuff. Within the 3 months he: stepped onto my new stove and broke my burners, broke my front door by slamming it so hard the threshold came undone, broke a clock while slamming my door, washed concrete from the flooring down my kitchen drain, broke a wall tile after it had been installed then lied to keep about who did it, then told his dad he had already pointed out the broken tile to me. Then the day before Thanksgiving he poured toilet water all over the floor in the bathroom and it flooded into the kitchen below and ruined food I had been preparing for Thanksgiving.

James the owner told me I was "being picky" when they didn't put the floor tiles in the correct pattern. You call ME picky because YOU laid the tile down wrong?

I've had many sleepless nights over the horrible nightmare that was Soul-utions. Terrible people, terrible Christians, terrible workers. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
