I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.
The gas company said the water heater installation has an issue, even though the gas service is ok. They said they cannot vouch for the safety of the device or its installationThe device is flashing error codes, and making noiseWe did not ask to come the same day--but theappointmentyou offered was more than a month awayIndustry practice is to come within a week.

Hello . We have  made available to you some   dates of service to you, by law we are permitted  a reasonable time for a proper response . Please be advised that the longer you wait and don't confirm an appointment the further the appointment dates will be please call us anytime at [redacted]  and we will be more than happy to take care of you. Also note that the installation provided to you was fully inspected and complaints with any and all city and state standards and fully functional at the time of completion however please understand that the equipment could fail at anytime.  luckily You do have warranty on the equipment and we will be more than happy to honor it for you but first you would have to call to confirm the appointment dates.
