At this time, I have been contacted directly by Sound Around Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The company refused to uphold their own warranty even though it was still validThey repair my product only partially before I authorize any work to be startWhen I asked for my product to be sent back to me without being fixed I got screamed at, and hung up on twiceThey charged me 50.00$ and that was the only way the would return my product even though the warranty was goodThey did a poor quanlity of a job In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
