Sound Auction Service agreed to try and sell Mr***'s items at discussed prices set by him within a reasonable period of timeAll items were brought up for auction multiple times in attempt to reach these desired pricesWe also listed the items directly on eBay and other online platforms without any successAs a commission based company, we are driven to achieve the highest prices in today's market placeBeing unable to achieve the prices Mr [redacted] desired, it was agreed that his items would be returned to him, and that I would be compensated for my efforts in attempting to achieve his pricesAll customers who wish to put a reserve price on items must understand that there is a fee for listing and attempting to sell items without successSound Auction Service may make an attempt to sell consignments without a fee only in unique situations which it is understood that we don't work for freeAll of this information was discussed with the Mr [redacted] on multiple occasions and prior to consignmentNever did I disallow the items from being returned to the storage facilityWith Mr***'s son being in the middle of this agreement between Mr [redacted] and Sound Auction Service, it has caused a lot of miscommunication and confusionAll will be worked out shortly, with all parties being satisfiedAs a growing company, I would like to keep all clients satisfied and earn a living in the process

Since the initial complaint, it has come to our attention that Mr. E[redacted] sold items he was instructed not to sell. This can not be disputed!
