[redacted] Please See Attached Documents [redacted] October 23, 2015Revdex.com Station Drive - Ste DuPontWA 98327RE: [redacted] - Case # [redacted] We are in receipt of the letter sent to you from Ms [redacted] .Prior to receipt of the letter sent to you by Ms [redacted] we had already processed her refund request in the amount of $Upon receipt of Ms [redacted] 's letter, our general sales manager tried to contact Ms [redacted] on several occasions to see if she had received the refund check yet, but she will not return our calls.Upon review of Ms [redacted] 's credit application and file we noticed she had written and signed that her address was [redacted] ***, it was only after we received the letter from you that we noticed she listed [redacted] with the Revdex.comWe believe that Ms [redacted] listing an incomplete address with us is what delayed her receipt of the refund check, and since she still has not returned our phone calls we have been unable to verify any information with herHowever we confirmed with our bank that the check has in fact cleared our account, so she has obviously received and cashed her refund check.If you have any further questions, please contact me.Sincerely, Rich S***

We are in receipt of the response sent to you from Mr [redacted] *** We disagree with Mr [redacted] response as our service manager told Mr [redacted] he would be responsible for paying the tow billInstead Mr [redacted] came and took the vehicle without paying Our service manager also told Mr [redacted] to file an insurance claim with his insurance carrier, which is standard procedure when someone has an accidentIf Mr [redacted] had filed a claim with his insurance company, they would have sent an inspector out at that time to inspect the vehicle If you have any further questions, please contact me

We are in receipt of the letter sent to you from Mr [redacted] ***.Mr [redacted] called our service manager and said his brakes had failed so we told him tohave the vehicle towed into our shop so we could inspect themOnce the vehicle was at ourshop we gave Mr [redacted] a loaner car to drive while we inspected the brakesWe found thebrakes to be working in accordance with Ford specificationsWe informed Mr [redacted] of thisand told him he could contact his insurance company and have them issue an inspector tocome out and inspect the brakes for a second opinionMr [redacted] instead came to SoundFord to return the loaner and in fact took his own vehicle without paying his billSoundFord is still owed for Mr [redacted] invoice.If you have any further questions, please contact me ***Please See Attached***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I was told a tow truck was being sent to me, no charge & not to worry.I was never told to have an insurance inspector come to the shop for a second opinion I was told to file a claim with my insurance company, return the loan car & pick up my vehicle which I did. our general sales manager had been made aware of the situation by the new sales manager that was involved in this transactionOur general sales manager had already contacted Mr*** to invite him back in to discuss his concerns.Our general sales manager explained to Mr*** that there was an error in pricing on the vehicle in question on one of the websites, however we honored the pricing and sold Mr*** the vehicle he wanted at the price he had seen on that website.Mr*** is completely satisfied.If you have any further questions, please contact me.Sincerely,
