Review: I ordered a Power Acouctik car amp from them on line and paid for it, A week later they said that they don't have it and can't get it. So they said they can give me one like it, I said ok due because a week went by and they had my money.The amps come over a week later. It took me over a month to get the money to get it installed, I got it installed it worked for about 2 months and stopped working. I contacted them and they sent me a link to the manufacturer a few days later after a few emails to them.The manufacturer said that they would not honor the 1 year warranty because Autotoys was not a authorized dealer for their product. I contacted Autotoys again and they sent me the same email back with a attitude and said that they told me what to do. So I sent them another email with a copy of the email the manufacture sent me. Autotoys said that they were a authorized dealer threw a 3rd party and that their warranty was for only 3 months due to beening a 3rd party seller and that I was past the 3 months so it's my problem. If I knew that up front I would have ordered the amp threw the manufacturer for the same price so I can get the full 1 year warranty.Also the amp was last years model that they sent me don't even make it anymore .It did not state this anywhere on their website about 3 party or last years models . This company is a FRAUD with the worst customer service ever and they don't have anyway for you to talk to anybody .And their phones are disconnected or a recording stating to email them only. AGAIN VERY POOR COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID.Desired Settlement: refund my money so I can purchase from the manufacturer so will have the true 1 year warranty for the same money

Review: On February 9th I ordered a GPS system from Conception Sounds at [redacted]. The following Monday I noticed that there were two charges from Conceptions Sound taken out of my account. I attempted to reach the company by phone but they did not answer the call so I sent an email to their support center. In the email they (Sound Conceptions) stated that there was only one purchase and that the double charge was due to refreshing or double clicking on the submit button. In the email that they sent on February 12, 2014, they said that they would take care of this matter and the funds should be back into my bank account on Monday February 17th. On Tuesday (18th) in the evening I sent another email asking about the funds being returned and wanted to know if the product I purchased had been shipped. As of today I have not received a response, a refund to my bank account, and no shipping information on the product.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the GPS system that I ordered shipped and a refund of $383.36 back in my bank account for the double charging for this product.

Review: Non performance by company. I paid $228.35 by [redacted] on 10/23/2014, Transaction ID: [redacted]. They have not shipped product. Trusting that they would ship, I missed the 45 day period to force refund through [redacted]. Email replies have always said "waiting for manufacturer to ship" even though I have requested refund.Desired Settlement: Refund $228.35

Review: 4/28/14 – Ordered Pioneer AVH-4000NEX DVD receiver and my credit card was charged on the day of the order.

4/29/14 – 5/11/14 – Multiple email asking about the order and shipment.

5/14/14 - Received email saying order #[redacted] has been completed.

5/14-20/14 – Can’t check with tracking number.

5/21/14 - Checked UPS with the track # [redacted], UPS shipping label has been created. No info about scheduled delivery date. (Label Created On: 05/21/2014)

5/21/14 – Email to Autotoys about shipment. My item was ordered have shipping weight around 7.00 lbs and in the shipment’s details of UPS show the package is 5.00 lbs. I belive that item is not my product that I was purchased. Warning Autotoys that I will report a scam with Revdex.com in NJ and [redacted].

5/23/14 - Received email saying we are looking in to this.

5/27/14 – Email for the last warning.

5/28/14 - Autotoys replied: The package seems to be missing. Do you want a reshipment or a refund?

5/29/14 - I want refund my money order back as soon as possible.

6/2/14 - No reply form Autotoys / Sound Conceptions

Review: This company operates under the website www.autotoys.com. When you order from them it sends a paypal payment to sound conceptions. I ordered a product from www.autotoys.com on April 20, 2014. I ordered Dension LIA1GW0 Lightning USB Adapter for Gateway (for IPHONE 5/6) and DENSION GATEWAY LITE GWL1DB1 GATEWAY LITE D2B MERCEDES BENZ (USB IPOD) with a CD changer loop the total cost was $276.29. The payment has been charged on my credit card already. I contacted them on 4/25/15 and they told me order was processed and would be out for shipping, however I contacted them again on 4/30/15 after I did not receive my order. And I contacted them again on 5/11/15 and again on 5/13/15. I have not received my order and I have not heard from them. I have asked for a full refund and received no response still. I want a full refund for the items I ordered including the shipping I paid for as the item was never delivered and I have still yet to receive a response from them. There is no phone number on their site for customer service and you can only use email to contact them.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund. This includes the amount I paid for the items along with the amount I paid for shipping of the items since the items were never delivered.

Review: Merchandise returned on 9/26 via Fed Ex with signature.

Have requested via email numerous request for refund.

With no response or action.

Cannot get anyone on the phone.Desired Settlement: They have their merchandise, now refund my money!

Review: It would seem that company collects money from customers yet never ships the item.Desired Settlement: As I have not received the item I want a refund so that I can get as far as possible from this company.
