that had been taken apart/stored in a bin and could not find his Samsung model. So at that point we went back through the storage rooms and service area and found his TV behind an area that we were reorganizing. As a good faith gesture, we have repaired the TV by replacing the defective main board (usually $250) and will NOT require any additional payment for this repair. We apologize for the mix-up. It was totally our fault, but we feel this offer should be sufficient under the circumstances. The TV is ready for pick up now. Please contact me if you have further concerns.Sincerely,Michael [redacted]

Review: Took TV to see if was issue. Had occasional small dots show on screen. Was advised $45 fee for diagnosing for any problem. Business had for almost 8 weeks. Several calls made to check, told not been looked at. Last call advised, business did not properly tag and TV was scrapped. Business could only provided a used TV and I would be responsible for cost of all repairs to fix TV, but would not purchase or pay partial cost of new TV. Went to business to collect $45 diagnosis fee and attempt to resolve. Mike Willard, owner admitted was business fault for scrapping and his fault for not properly tagging. Then stated the $45 was for storage. Wanted me to accept used TV and pay for any needed repairs as I brought my TV to him for repairs. I advised I would not accept used TV and pay for repairs and that I did not know if my TV even needed repair and if did what cost would have been. Advised would be moving to next steps. I advised I did not expect business to pay full purchase price for a new TV as mine was 6 years old. But that I was unsure if any repairs were even needed. Was unacceptable to Willard I left business and am now contacting Revdex.com for resolution.Desired Settlement: Pay half of purchase price for new, same name and same HD(1080p, 60 Hz) picture quality. Will purchase at lowest, sale price at time.
