The guys at Big Toys USA are very helpful and stand by their products I had a problem with a scooter and Chad worked with me and sent out a new part quickly I could not believe the part arrived so soon and the scooter is off and running again Great company to do business with! Their watt Uber Scooter is the best scooter on the market, we quit using our Super Scooters

On April 4, my stepson, dropped off his Camaro at Sound Depot to have an amplifier installed and a speaker box built It took longer than expected, he left the vehicle to be worked on We came back twice to check on the progress they had all the interior panels removed they said they would stay late to finish the job Being a trusting customer we prepaid for the job and asked if there were any problems we could bring it back and he was told yes We told Sound Depot to leave the car outside their shop, locking the keys in the vehicle and we would be by later that evening to pick up the car(We had spare keys) We came back after the shop was closed, they did do as instructedThe stereo did work but the re-installation of the interior panels along with trunk was not done correctly By this I mean, the trunk light did not work, the truck pull down motor did not work, the truck did not close properly, was not aligned, therefore, rubbing against the body of the vehicle The interior after market lights, that was previously by his father, which was getting power from the fuse box was disconnected The next day on April 5, my stepson went back to Sound Depot with a list of discrepancies from the installation He spoke with the owner wanting these items to be put back in the same condition before the installation of the amplifier and speaker box The owner claimed that everything was like that before his employees began the jobAfter a heated argument with the owner, the owner threatened to call the police and refused to fix any of his mistakes My stepson and his father had no choice but to fix it on their ownThe trunk light bulb was missing, which was previously there beforeThe pull down motor for the truck was disconnected, the trunk's gas struts had to be adjusted for the trunk to be closed properly The after market interior lights power wire was re-attached to the fuse box The same thing happened to my nephew, if I had of known, my stepson would have never taken his vehicle to Sound Depot.I am very disappointed with the extremely unprofessional customer service I have checked with the Revdex.com, the Sound Depot has a rating of an F If we had done our research instead of trying to help out our local businesses, my stepson would not have gotten such bad treatmentYou may check it yourself at www.Revdex.com.org

I rarely write reviews but I have had such a POSITIVE experience with the support team at Big Toys that I just had to write. I purchased a MotoTec trike and have had some trouble getting it running. [redacted] has been great - he responds to email questions quickly and has mailed me parts and emailed instructions so that I could fix the problem myself. [redacted] has also been very helpful. They replaced a fender broken in transport and sent new wiring and controller at no charge to me. I can't remember the last time that I had such GREAT customer service from an online company - I was a little nervous buying a $500 electric trike online but I'm very glad I chose this company - they are really standing by the products they sell.
