The owner of this business, William "Bill" L***, passed away on 8/20/from a sudden heart attack This health condition was undiagnosed and no one including Bill had any reason to expect this event to occur Due to Bill's role as primary care provider and his encrypted patient documentation records, we have been unable to recover nearly all patient records encrypted with his credentials - unfortunately these records include those for Mr*** Business operations/ownership/management are undergoing significant changes at this time much of which involves exceptional amounts of legal counsel; this is not conductive to my ability to remedy Mr***'s complaint at this time I became aware of Mr***'s complaint the first week of October and I plan to fully address Mr***'s concerns to the fullest extent to which the business can provide at this time

Mr*** has been a patient of ours for years, and decided to try some new hearing aids He returned them for a refund I was not aware there was a refund issue until I received notice Fromm Revdex.com We have spoken to me*** on the phone and then in person, and have refunded
his purchase price, and cleaned and adjusted his current hearing aids He is on schedule for his next regular check up Please let me know if you need any further informationThanks. bill l***

I have called mr *** and left message for him to contact me, I was unaware of this issue

Company has stated they have been in touch with the customer, and they are in the process of getting a new set for the customerSince the customer is out of town, he will provide the information needed for the replacement when he returnsCompany has stated they feel this matter is being resolved

[While I am sorry Bill passed away, I still do not have a hearing aid. Because of this, I was left with no hearing in my ear for over 60 days. I had to go buy another hearing aid in order to hear the services for my wife, [redacted], who passed away unexpectedly.  As to date, I have yet to hear back from this company.  Perhaps you can tell me what lawyer I can contact to get information.
