Home alarm system has not worked for over a year. Efforts to contact you by email,registered mail, phone unsuccessful. With new company. Still billed.Acct #[redacted]Our home alarm system has been non functional for over a year at this time. Repeated efforts to contact them to make the necessary repairs have been futile.Many emails to their website have gone unanswered. Repeated phone calls have either found their call box overflowing and unable to accept any more messages or, on the rare occasion that a message could be left, remained unanswered.Registered mail/return receipt requested have been returned.We had notified them, six months ago by email, and phone message, that having been left without service for months and with no effective way of contacting them, we were ending our use of their company.For the last six months we have been under contract with another home alarm service.We want them to terminate their billing, and remove the charges of $108.00. (now $162.00)Desired SettlementWe wish Sound Profiles to cease billing us as we are with a new company, and to correct their bill. We have not had their service for over a year. The have not responded to attempts at contact for over a year. Our balance owed continues to grow. It should be 0.We hired their services 5 years ago and do not have a current contract with them. We wish to be separated from Sound Profiles and all monies owed for services not delivered erased.Thank you,[redacted]Business Response Account has been cancelled since August 2014, The [redacted] should not have been billed.
