[Per [redacted]'s instructions, I called customer service at ###-###-####. The unidentified female who answered stated, "I don't have tracking information. It's another company that ships the merch, so I can't check that information for you." The customer service agent offered to reach out to [redacted] to ask him how he knew the merch had been sent because her "system didn't have that information and can't access it because another company does that." She offered to get back to me, but she said that, "This is really someone else's job to figure out tracking information." Once again, it seems that Sound Rink has offered incorrect - and deceptive - information. And I still don't have tracking information nor confirmed evidence that my products have shipped despite the response offered by [redacted].]

Response remains inconsistent with what I have been told by the hotel. I am still seeking refund. If Sound Rink has already spent the money, then just have the hotel process cancellation as they process room cancellations all the time. I am still within the 24 hour window to cancel reservation.

I spoke to the hotel yesterday (woman's name was [redacted]) and she informed me that the hotel has NOT been paid any monies for the reservation. She offered to cancel the reservation but since "they had not been paid yet, there was nothing in her system to be refunded."
