As stated on the phone we have already paid the hotel for the room and are unable to cancel the hotel due to this issueOur company would 100% be out the money that we spent to secure the hotel roomI will speak with them and see what we can do, however note that we cannot refund something that we ourselves haev prepaid for when you made your reservation and are bound by the hotels policy and contract we have with them

The customer service agent offered to reach out to [redacted] to ask him how he knew the merch had been sent because her "system didn't have that information and can't access it because another company does that." She offered to get back to me, but she said that, "This is really someone else's job to figure out tracking information."
