Mr*** is incorrect on a few pointsOne, *** did not remove the ceiling fixture, my husband did that, & also his invoice arrived within the week of their callI contacted his office upon receipt to see if we could hold on payment until they returned for the installation and was told "yes"The contractors who had closed up our ceiling access then came to our home to correct that within a couple of weeks and also installation of a fan rated box as he felt it was his errorI still believe that $is fair for a minute accessment & departureI totally understand minimum service ratesBut considering we fully intended to have them return for the installation and was told that would be ok by office staff, we still feel overcharged and also think in the matters of good customer care that they would sincerely reconsider.

My technician ***? went to the residence to install a ceiling fan in there bedroom which had a light in itUpon removing light it was found the fixture box in the ceiling was not "fan rated" and needed to be changed out per electrical codeHe was told at that point the builder the homeowner
hires had blocked off the attic access so he would have to come back when he reopened itUpon return of the builder he changed the light out to a fan all I can hope is he changed the box but that is unknownOnce we were informed that we were no longer needed we sent out our one hour minimum bill of $According to my technicians paperwork and conversations he was there for minutes but even if it was minutes we have a one hour minimum service chargeWhat the homeowner may not understand is there is drive time and vehicles involved when we do come to people homes or businesses and that's why we have a one hour minimum charge of $anymore questions please call 722-1240.?
