Review: We hired Sound Solutions Entertainment for our son's Bar Mitzvah, May 18, 2013, which took place at Dolce, Norwalk, CT.I am attaching the Contract we signed with Mr. [redacted] of Sound Solutions, as well as the letter we sent him by both e-mail and regular mail, after the event. The letter contains our entire complaint.Mr. [redacted] responded by e-mail that he would respond to our letter by May 28, 2013. He has not responded.

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company, but the issue has not been resolved. Comments follow below:

Company has sent us an additional $680.00 to compensate for time issues. They will not address what they call "hearsay" issues. We have requested an additional $400.00 to resolve this matter to cover the issues that we can only assume are the "hearsay" issues. Again, the company responded that they will not address these issues. This complaint has not been resolved to our satisfaction, and we still seek the additional $400.00. The outstanding issues include: their unprofessionalism, the rudeness to our guests, cursing me out at the event where a guest saw it, not giving away the give-aways we bought, and the type of music played through part of the event. All these items contribute to the overall experience of the event, and they were lacking. A Bar Mitzvah is a once in a lifetime event, and sadly, this DJ's actions will continue to overshadow what should have been a wonderful day in my son's life.
