First, let me start by saying that Miss [redacted] has recanted a entertaining rendition of her Sound Solutions experience, unfortunately for her they are not in the least bit accurateFortunately the Sound Solutions property has audio and video surveillence cameras both inside and outside the building to supply a more exact replay of events.Miss [redacted] 's vehicle was brought in in very poor condition (filthy) and none of the wires that they supplied were suffiecient or hooked up properly for any amplifiers to workNothing installed in the vehicle prior to arrival at Sound Solutions was installed correctly and the two amplifiers she supplied were inoperableMiss [redacted] was quoted $plus tax to supply new amplifier wiring and install her equipmentShe agreed and Sound Solutions' technicians performed said taskDuring the installation it was discovered that Miss [redacted] s amps did not work (they were checked in the car and bench tested)At that time I suggested Miss [redacted] and her friend that could bring a different amp or buy one from Sound SolutionsShe stated that she had another amp at home but she wasn't sure if it worked and she didn't feel like driving home and back to get itI explained a had a JVC amp for $installed that would power her subs ONLY (it was explained that it would not power the rear speakers )and they agreed that would be fineWe installed the amp, everything worked perfectly and Miss [redacted] and her friend left satisfiedLater that day Miss [redacted] called saying her amp had stopped workingWe asked her to come back by at her convience and we could fix itShe came by shortly after that conversation and we found a blown fuseIt was quickly replaced and Miss [redacted] left satisfied once againA couple days later Miss [redacted] and her friend came by stating the amp had stopped working againIt was at this time that her friend told me that he had been trying to hook a second amplifier up to our wiringI explained that due to current draw and fuse amperage every amp needs its own power and ground and that we was going to void the warranty if he kept messing with the installationThey acknowledged that they understood, I we replaced the fuse at no charge and Miss [redacted] left satisfied once againThe third time they returned with the amplifier uninstalled and in the box asking for a refundThe amp had been blownIt was explained again that it was a warranty VOID to alter the installation but I would cover the amplifier anywayMiss [redacted] then claimed "her boy who does stereo" told her we sold her too small of an amp and that's why it blewAnd that she could've gotten one cheaper somewhere elseI explained that the amplifier was actually a very good match for the speakers she had and that I'm certain that there are cheaper amplifiers at Walmart but on the day on installation she did not choose that optionPlease see the manufacturer specs in the links provided for additional proof of compatability http://mobile.jvc.com/product.jsp?modelId=MODL029460&pathId=64&page= http://www.kicker.com/comp-10-inch-subwoofer After discussing the matter further Miss [redacted] agreed to let me replace the amp under warrantyIt was then explained that we did not have another amp in stock but I would order one and it would come in on Wed(this was on a Fri)Miss [redacted] left and that was the last we spokeI immediately called my JVC rep and found another amp in a closer warehouse that I could have delivered by Mon(UPS does not run on the weekends)Monday afternoon the replacement amplifier arrived and Miss [redacted] was called on the number that she providedThere was no answer so a voicemail was leftThe same was done on the following Wedand Fri to no availAt this point the amp is sitting on the shelf waiting for Miss [redacted] to return for installation This matter was handled professionally and as expeditious as possibleSound Solutions warranty policy is clearly printed on the bottom of every receipt and has been in place since As always, I like to go above and beyond policies to make sure every customer is satisfied and feel I have done so in this matter also by covering the amp even though they did not follow my instructionsWe have no obligations to do anything further and Miss [redacted] is welcome to pick up the new amp or have our techs reinstall it, but there will be no refund given for anything

Contract was signed for a two-step process for replacing our drivewayIn October driveway was dug out and a base coat was completed Payment of $was madeContractor came back to finish the second step in June of We expressed our dissatisfaction with the driveway edging as it created issues with our lawnThe edges are "cliff-like" - inches in some spots Owner ( [redacted] ) immediately sent his crew away, and after some discussion, promised to return before the end of the week with his landscaper to finish the second step and fix the lawn edgingWe even said, just finish the driveway, and forget the landscapingHe would not agree to thatHe never returnedWe gave him two weeks and started making phone callsHe never returned any of our messagesWe then sent email, kept calling, and still no responseStep two required us to pay an additional $which we were prepared to doA three year warranty on the driveway is included in this contractThe work

Northern Paving and Sealing did not finish my driveway projectI made several appointments with them to come do the final process on the driveway and they never showed up and no contact was made from them to meI understand that the business was sold and the owner has passed awayThe people who bought the business do not have any way to contact themI need the project to be finished Thanks, [redacted] ***

On or about Thew 15th of April 2018, I mailed a check; #***, for services to seal my drivewayThe check was cashed but no service completedCan not e-mail or phone contact with said companyLike to know what is going on and resolve this!

We hired this company to install a driveway last yearThey put in the driveway and did a good jobThey were to come back this year to put the final top coat on the drivewayWe signed the contract they mailed us in AprilIn May we mailed them a check for $The check was cashed and we were never called about a date when they would be at our house to do the workWe have been calling and are unable to speak to anyoneWe were able once to leave a message but got no return callLately, the recording on the phone states that the message box is full and are unable to leave a messageWe would like the work to be done or return our money

I have a signed 3-year contract, established in 2017, for new driveway construction and PHase #in has not been completedI have tried for WEEKS to get this job finished and no one will return my phone callsNow the company phone # has no information, no one ever answers and you cannot leave a messagePeter S***, the owner, has a cell # on his card and that is no longer in serviceAt least two of my neighbors also have unfinished projectsDuring the year-long course of interacting with this company, they have refused to respond to inquiries or complaints regarding the timeliness of their work or problems with their work

Driveway was not completed to my satisfactionI brought my issue to the owner of the company, He came out to see for himself and admitted there was an issue with the blacktop he purchasedHe promised to rip up the end of the driveway where the problem was and redo itHe also promised to seal the driveway the following year at no additonal costAfter multiple promises of coming out to do the repair work and every excuse for not showing up, the owner will now not return my calls

We signed a contract with Peter S*** on April 28, for the top coat of our driveway that he installed in We sent him a $check for down payment He cashed our check on May 2, We called him several times to set up a day and time for our top coat, we never received a call back for several weeks When he did call he spoke to my husband and started yelling at him because my husband went to his "place of business" to get an answer Was told he would get a call back and again no call came We have found out that he never intended to do our driveway because he sold all his equipment We had to hire another company to finish our driveway job We sent them a certified letter asking for our $back (after leaving several messages) they refused to sign for it and have ignored our messages

This contractor was very presentable on the look see, professional quote When the work was done no grades were shot during excavation The binder ended up at the garage floor level or above which doesn't work with the topping of 2" to follow We can't get anyone to come and look or tell us what they will do to fix their blundersWe have combined yrs of construction experience, we know what is right, kept trying to tell them about apparent problems, few were repairedNot good

Signed contract for services this year, continuation from last year contractReceived bill in April Sent payment of $on April 23, Payment was half of total billCheck was cashed shortly afterSince then I was never contacted by the company to have service renderedStarting at the end of may, into june started making phone callsSpoke with a woman who would just take a message and supposively have someone call back, no successFinally emailed Peter (person who sent contract) and received a generic email response of our driveway would be done the weekending June 16thAgain nothing happenedSeveral phone calls later and several emails later there has been no contact back from companyThe last phone call was asking for a refund of my money and that further action would be taken in order to get my refund back or to have services rendered

In spring of we had our driveway redone by northern sealing and pavingThey came back and sealed our driveway in spring of In April of they sent a contract in the mail to again seal the drivewayAs I did the previous year, I signed the contract and mailed a check to their addressI waited awhile knowing this is their busy seasonIn August I started making phone calls and leaving messages with no responseI found an email on the contract and sent an email with a copy of the contract with no responseNow when I call their voicemail is not set up I do plan on seeking legal action against this company
