The customer ***, customer code ***, did receive her custom voice bundles as orderedThis was verified by our TCSC (Triple Customer Satisfaction Check) by our server software noting the IP address, then by our Gateway service and by our hosting service.? The voices “didn’t work” on ***’s
computer, even though they did download because her computer was not set up to open them.? She also stated they would “not upload” to her GPS/PNDWellif she couldn’t get them to download, which we verified they did , then how could she “not get them to load” on her GPS?? Also note that each voice bundle is under copyright protection and coded to each individualWhen the device goes on line that code identifies the device it was paired withWe literally bend over backward for ALL our customers and in the years we have been in business this is the first time we have received a complaint.? In summary: Her order was delivered as promised and we stayed in contact as evidenced by the emails which were received and replied toSee attachmentsThanks
