I purchased a part from Soundviewwindowanddoor in SeptemberI did;t need the part so I returned itThe sales staff said my card would get refundedThey never refunded my cardI have email record showing that they agree to owing me the money, promising that I will get reimbursed, then make excuses for why the money has;t been refundedI've been strung along for months and this is just a horrible company

ID [redacted] (shown below) has been resolved.  The general manager Dan was very prompt in repaying me.  I am satisfied with the outcome and would like to close this complaint.
