I have personally talked with Safe Harbor, and they have already gone ahead, and credited the customer back the $chargeHowever he is still responsible for his $mandatory monthly fee

According to his records there has been only one time he has had any kind of issue where he has been charged for anything like this. Out of that the breakdown of the total he was charged a $35 same day fee plus his $70 mandatory monthly monitoring charge totaling the $105.00.
 
I have personally talked with Safe Harbor, and they have already gone ahead, and credited the customer back the $35 charge. However he is still responsible for his $70 mandatory monthly fee.
 
I hope this will be able to resolve this issue.
