Review: I purchased advanced tickets to see [redacted] on 1/31/14. I arrived around 10:30pm, as the main event was scheduled to go on at 11pm. There were two lines outside - one for under 18 and one for 21+. Both lines were absurdly long, as in down both sides of the street (I have pictures). Okay, no big deal that happens. Only problem was we stood in the 21+ line for over an hour in the cold waiting to get in. There was no movement whatsoever in either line. I walked up to the front door to ask if they were letting people in and the guy said they were but it was too crowded at the moment and that people were buying tickets. I asked if I could go in since I already had my tickets and he said no. That said, it was about 11:30pm at this point and we'd already missed part of the show...still not being even remotely close to the entrance. We decided to leave because it was freezing out. As we walked past the front, it was absolutely packed to the brim. You couldn't shoehorn another person into this venue. Obviously, they WAY oversold this show. I've sent two emails now (one with my unused tickets attached) asking for a refund due to this unfortunate occurrence. I have not even received a reply. I will never go to this place again and will be telling EVERYONE about it. How rude and unprofessional to not even respond to me. Also, I should have checked the reviews on this place anyway prior - seems they tend to oversell shows often. I was there on time and missed the show because the venue oversold it and I couldn't get in.
