[redacted] purchase his 2007 [redacted] on 05/9/2015. The discrepancy with the year was a error made by our staff and the actual sticker on the vehicle. This error was only in question at the first point of the presale of the vehicle.  All of our paperwork, vehicle history reports and internet based...

advertising were V.I.N. decoded and the correct year.  [redacted] was well aware of what year vehicle he was buying as he is aware of his inappropriate conduct to our service department.  [redacted] purchased his vehicle with a extended service protection plan. This plan is serviceable at any registered repair facility not just ours. [redacted] has had his vehicle into our service facility,as wells a,s, other service facilities for issues that we nor any other facility can reproduce.  [redacted] is unable to keep appointments, he does not have the decency to call to reschedule, he just does not show up. [redacted] will call back two weeks later in a panic that we need to fix his car on the spot and cannot drop off or leave his vehicle.  The first few instances we were accommodating, got him right in, only to find out there was no issues with the vehicle. After this kept occurring we suggested going to [redacted] dealership to have them diagnose.  [redacted] could not diagnose issue [redacted] was complaining about. [redacted] will state the dealership he has been to found issues but cannot produce any paperwork or work order to confirm or aid us at pinpointing the issue. The last time [redacted] had a service appointment we had to reschedule him three times due to being a no show. On 8/15/16 [redacted] was able to keep his service appointment.  He expressed concerns of major motor problems.  He had a engine light on and recent service work done by his own mechanic.  His mechanic installed aftermarket ignition coils that failed.  We installed original equipment sensors which corrected issue. He was unhappy that the service was not covered under the extended service plan.  We charged [redacted] a discounted labor rate as a courtesy and explained to him coverage on the policy he bought.  The same explanation our sales staff explained to him at point of purchase that he signed to. This is the first instance since [redacted] bought his vehicle we have heard any complaint of a previous accident.  His car was a clean [redacted] no paint work vehicle we got directly from one of our new car dealerships we do business with.  [redacted] continues to harass our staff through phone calls and in person.  We politely over the phone asked him to seek his service needs elsewhere.  His extended service plan is still valid and is serviceable at any registered repair facility not just ours.  We at Trolley Square Auto Group do our best to accommodate all of our customer needs to the best of our abilities but we do not accept consistently being treated inappropriate.
