Although I liked Will very much, they charge more than double than their competitorsAfter having Cool-Way out to repair our year old ac unit, I called another company to compare pricesCool-Way was over $more than what [redacted] would have charged When I called them to discuss this the gentleman on the phone was more than irritated that I would complain...Instead of offering any type of refund, he told me that his overhead was different than [redacted] and basically to suck it up...In the future, we will be going to [redacted]
On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 20! They couldn't have been more knowledgeable or professional They also couldn't have been more customer-oriented I called CoolWay around 4:in the afternoon because my system was not cooling I was told that Tim, the tech, was all the way on the other side of town Having had him on a prior call, I knew he lived in Haines City I assumed he was trying to take one last call on the other side of town before heading home The office called back & told me that Tim was now headed my way & told me when I could expect him We had been trying to keep the system alive, but it now time to replace it instead of do more repairs The following day, two technicians arrived and did the install; they spent most of the day installing the new unit, did an excellent job and made sure that when they left, everything was neat & clean They explained a few things to do tokeep the unit operating efficiently I have nothing but good things to say about them
I contacted Cool-Way Air and Heat when my A/C unit stopped blowing cold airFrom the initial phone call I felt comfortable with the company I chose to repair my A/C unitThe office staff was so nice and kind and she had a tech at my home within about an hour of me calling the office [redacted] arrived at my home and was phenomenal!!! [redacted] went out of his way to show me what he was doing and educate me on why the unit was not doing what it was suppose to and how he was going to repair it [redacted] explained everything perfectly and was so knowledgeable, he had an answer to every one of my questions I did my research before contacting an A/C repair company and Cool-Way really lived up to their outstanding reviews [redacted] was able to repair my A/C unit, however, it will need to replaced within the next year or so and the only company I want and will trust to do it is Cool-Way Air and Heat!!! [redacted] never pressured me or tried to up sell me on anything crazyHe was very honest and professional and it was a great experience dealing with him Thanks again Cool-Way and [redacted] for making my experience with you one of the best and I look forward to dealing with your company in the future

The Serviceman Tim Swith Cool-Way Air Conditioning and Heating was polite and knowledgeable He came after hours within two hours of placing a service call with his company Air conditioner was up and working within minutes after he arrived I would recommend this service man!

I called Cool-Way at 8:00 on a Sunday morning and told them my ac was not working. Within a couple of hours one of their technicians was knocking on my door. He introduce himself and said that he was with Cool-Way and asked what problems I was having. He then repeated back to me what I had told him to make sure he understood my problems. By the way this was a very polite young man. He then look at my problems and came up with a solution. Actually he came up with three different option to correct my problem. I choose one and he had my ac cooling again in no time. After the service was over someone from the office called to make sure that I was happy with the service. Great Company/ I would use them again and also would recommend them.

This company although small is very attentive to customer care and making sure your equipment is running in top notch condition. the offer tips to help you maintain your equipment. when we needed them they came out on a Sunday to assess and make us comfortable until our unit was installed. They have been back several times to check things out and perform testing to make sure all is as it should be. William has been here 2-3 times. He is always professional and knows his job well.
